What it costs, and who decides

A venue may publish a starting figure so you have something to shortlist on. The real number is settled with them directly and written on an invoice you can open — total agreed, advance taken, balance left. Carmine never quotes on a venue's behalf and never takes a payment.

Questions couples ask

Does holding a date cost anything?: No. Nothing is charged through Carmine at any point. The hold is a promise the venue makes for 72 hours while they look at your request.
Can two couples book the same evening?: No. A hall, a date and a slot can be booked once — the database itself refuses the second one, whoever asks and however they ask.
Who am I actually talking to?: The concierge first, then the venue's own team. They join the same conversation, so nothing has to be repeated and the whole thread stays in your portal.
