Your information
The short version: we keep what a booking needs and nothing else, your venue sees your booking, no other venue does, and we never take payment details because no payment passes through this site.

Your account — name, email, and a password we never see in plain text.
Your booking — the venue, hall, date, slot, guest count, your phone number, and anything you told us about the day. Your phone number matters: it is how the venue confirms the date with you.
Your conversation — the chat between you, the concierge and the venue team, kept as one transcript so nobody has to ask you the same question twice.
What you agreed — the invoices your venue raises against your booking: the total, what you have paid, and what is left. We record these; we do not process them.
Documents you upload — your CNIC, an agreement, anything else you choose to attach.
Card numbers, bank details, wallet credentials. No payment runs through Carmine, so we have no reason to ask and no place to keep them. If anything on this site ever asks you for card details, it is not us — close it and tell us.
Your venue’s staff can see your booking, your chat with them and your documents. That is the point: they are the people running your event.
No other venue can see any of it. Separation between businesses is enforced by the database itself through row-level security, not by the application remembering to filter — a venue cannot read another venue’s rows even if something goes wrong in the software above.
Carmine staff can see bookings across the platform in order to run and support it. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
The concierge is an AI assistant. What you type to it is sent to a language-model provider to write its reply, and it is stored as part of your conversation so the venue team can read the history when they take over. Do not put anything in the chat you would not want your venue to read — it is a shared conversation by design.
For as long as you have an account, plus what we need afterwards to settle disputes about an event that has taken place. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your profile, your documents and your conversations. A venue’s own record of an event you held with them is theirs and stays with them.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to carminegroupcentral@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will come back within 30 days.
One cookie keeps you signed in. One remembers whether you are reading in English or Urdu. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
